The game

RPG THING is a free chat game on Fluxer, run as a hobby project. You also have to follow Fluxer's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and meet the minimum age Fluxer requires in your region.

Fair play

You may not:

• use scripts, macros, selfbots or anything else that plays for you
• use bugs to gain an advantage. Report them on the support server instead
• use extra accounts to gain an advantage or move gold and items to another player's benefit
• sell or buy gold, items or characters for real money or anything else outside the game
• harass other players or try to disrupt the bot

The bot logs commands and watches for unusual activity to find this. See the Privacy Policy.

Your character

Gold, items and progress have no real-world value and cannot be paid out. Game balance can change at any time, and things you own can get better or worse. Wrongly gained gold, items or levels can be removed.

You can ask for your character and data to be deleted at any time.

Server owners

If you add the bot to a server, you are responsible for making sure it is allowed there and that your members can find this page. You can remove the bot at any time.

Your content

Text you enter, such as a bio or pet name, is shown to other players. You keep your rights to it, and you allow the bot to store and show it for the game. It must not break the law or Fluxer's rules, and it can be removed if it does.

Bans

Breaking these terms can get you warned, reset, wiped or banned from the bot. If you think a decision was wrong, ask on the support server.

Availability

The bot is provided free of charge and as it is. It can be down, change or lose data, and it can be shut down at any time. There is no right to any particular feature or to it being available.

Liability

Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under other mandatory law stays unlimited. Apart from that, liability for simple negligence is excluded as far as the law allows.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes will be announced on the support server. If you keep using the bot after a change, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using it.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country still apply to you.
